• Work with several Contractors in developing their P6 schedule to be integrated with ThyssenKrupp’s master P6 schedule

• Collect data (manpower estimates w/ durations), enter their work tasks, and maintain the entire schedule and report daily to Bayer.
• Assist Project Superintendents and General Foremen in developing a manpower requirement for assigned tasks within the Turnaround Projects.
• Develop look-ahead reports and Progress reports to ensure resources were being used correctly and allocated accordingly.
• Utilize P6 to perform similar job functions with Bayer as described with ExxonMobil.

• Collect data from various contractors, enter their work tasks, maintain the merged schedule and report weekly to ExxonMobil.

• Assist Project Superintendents in developing and updating weekly reports to reflect completion status and cost-tracking updates.

• Worked as supervisor of a crew of Iraqi Nationals performing various job assignments as required.

• Work included all duties associated with removing old piping and installing new revised piping.
• Working with welders to fabricate piping, and all related pipefitting duties in a chemical plant environment.
• These projects have included various shifts and extended overnight travel out of state in some cases.

10/83 – 05/03 Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company
Maintenance Supervisor (07/01/96 - 05/27/03)
• Management duties began as a Maintenance Supervisor working rotating 12-hour shift responsible for maintaining plant operations as required.
• Involved in all aspects of the Operations of the Goodyear Chemical Plant.
• Worked with, and advised, operators of valve line-ups as well as trouble-shooting all equipment in all areas of the plant.
• Duties as the Maintenance Supervisor were for all activities related to Sheet Metal Dept, Machinist Dept, Mechanic Dept, and Pipefitter/Welder Dept.
• Responsible for acting as liaison between the Emissions Control contractors and Goodyear. I received their documentation on any non-compliance items and assigned the respective crafts to make the repairs and return the documentation for re-testing.
• We were in constant contact with each other as they had literally thousands of emission points throughout the plant that required monitoring.
• Plan Mechanical and I/E shutdowns and maintenance operations.
• Duties also included all personnel and discipline duties, job assignments and planning responsibilities, ordering and maintaining tools and materials, and maintaining records and files of all associates and equipment as needed.
