• Durham Athletic Park, August 2007 to May 2008
- Provided Construction Manager pre-construction services for $5 million renovation of Historic Durham Athletic Park

- Conducted design reviews and value engineering of the design to meet budget
- Coordinated water conservation efforts including underground and above-ground cisterns for rainwater and irrigation runoff collection.
• Hill Building, October 2005 to February 2007
- $12 million; 70,000 sq. ft. renovation of tobacco warehouse built in 1900 converted to single hi-tech tenant office building
- Restored heavy timber structural framing and masonry walls
- Worked with National Park Service and SHPO to insure historic restoration standards were met for purposes of obtaining historic tax credits
- Managed the design build team for the tenant upfit
- Worked directly with tenant on design of space to maintain budget
