PROJECT CONTROL LEADER ENGINEER, MARACAIBO LAKE COMPRESSION PLANTS PROJECT (Apr. 84 to Sept.85)
Performed several activities dealing with scheduling / controlling engineering and construction projects, EPC scheduling and support to the project management.
The job was performed using the Artemis Main Frame and PC System facilities for project planning and control. A CPM network of every project was elaborated on the areas of engineering, construction biding, purchasing and the construction itself. Working at fabrication site during the first stage of construction.

for six (6) modular prefabricated gas compression plants
to be installed on platforms at Maracaibo Lake, 1984
* Construction progress control of the above mentioned
