Twenty years as a Superintendent/Contractor with a proven track record of being on time and with in budget is the background I’d bring to your position. As a Commercial Superintendent, the completion of seismic/T.I.’s valued at 1-5 million each were completed as per plan, on schedule and in budget. As a Construction Manager, the projects I run are on schedule, with clean transitions between trades. RFI’s and Change Orders are seamlessly woven into the schedule. The Means and Methods I bring to a job results in profit. When unforeseen conditions occur, its hands on to keep the project on schedule.
Excel, Office and Project are some of the tools used to create a project schedule and budget. I use an array of spreadsheets in estimating projects and determining profit. The schedule that is developed has to be realistic in following the scope of work detailed by the plans and specifications. The selection and use of sub contractors is another tool I bring to this position.
Looking forward to talking with you about your projects.
Regards,
Nick Adams
