In addition to my management skills, I have personal expertise in woodworking and HVAC systems. I hold a New York State contractor’s license and have completed the OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Course as well as the Type II Refrigeration Technician certification.

As a superintendent and resident engineer managed the renovation of an existing luxury residence over a period of fifteen months. Scope of work included purchase and installation of equipment related to HVAC system, lighting system, kitchen and bath. Installed tennis courts and swimming pool on two acre lot. Supervised construction staff and managed the construction cost estimation and budget, procurement of subcontractors, scheduling, and performed quality control inspections for the overall work.
