11/2005 to 6/2008 – Helix Electric, Las Vegas, NV – Project Manager Major Projects Group
Projects Include: 3883 Howard Hughes Parkway – New build (11) story class A office tower with (4) story parking garage. Project included building core and shell exterior lighting, utility services, standby emergency generation system and 25K sq. ft office TI.

Las Vegas Readiness Center – 180,000 sq. ft. facility for the Nevada National Guard. Project included all electrical and data / communication systems. Contract amount: $3.4M Pace Contracting was the general contractor.
Adelson Academy – New (3) level 155,000 sq. ft. private preparatory academy including gym, pool auditorium media center, full service kitchen cafeteria, labs, classrooms sports fields and all related support rooms. Contract value: $7.8M – G.C. Crisci Builders
City of Henderson Justice Facility – 52,000 sq. ft. facility expansion and (5) tier parking facility which included relocation of overhead power distribution and communications lines to underground. Contract Value: $4.777M Working with Martin-Harris Construction, General Contactors.
Southern Nevada Women’s Correctional Center – North Las Vegas, NV Project consisted of (300) bed addition and modifications to existing medium security prison. Construction duration lasted 18 months consisting of new cell blocks, main kitchen remodel, warehouse addition and infirmary remodel. Electrical installation included adding (6) new switchboards and distribution centers – 400 amp to 3,000 amp, (2) emergency generators, (60) transformers, sub panels and lighting control panels, UPS systems, telephone, Data, MATV, security, nurse call and fire alarm systems.
Contract Value: $7.8M – APCO Construction acted as the General Contractor.
Rehabilitation Institute Of Nevada – New 144,000 sq. ft. (4) story (151) bed medical rehabilitation facility. Involvement included design / build value engineering of both emergency and non-emergency power systems, interior / exterior lighting systems, fire alarm, food service,
X-Ray, MRI, CT Scan and Angio Treatment. Contract budget: $4.4M Working with Kitchell Contractors and Wright Engineers.
Overall PM responsibilities on all projects included review of contract scope, and overall coordination with field and other trades, budgeting, scheduling, billings, attending meetings. change order preparation, material purchases, monthly reporting of profit loss statements, manpower projections, preparation of sub-contract agreements, all project financials and project close out documentation.
