I am a registered Architect and have been responsible as the owner’s project management representative for project budgets, schedules, quality, and conformance with client/user requirements for design and construction projects that have ranged in size from 13,000 square feet to over one million square feet representing over $600 million worth of construction in Texas, California, Arizona, Florida, Virginia, and Germany.

As a Senior Project Manager, Ron brings more than 30 years of progressive experience in all aspects of design and construction to the program management profession. Ron is a registered architect and has worked as a project architect with full charge responsibility for project management and construction documents. He has had management oversight for a San Antonio based multi-disciplined real estate development company with projects throughout Texas, 20 years experience as a senior project manager working in corporate real estate for United Services Automobile Association (USAA), and more than 3 years experience with Project Control, a San Antonio based project management firm. Ron has been responsible for developing several green field campus projects across the country from site selection through completion of multiple phases. Projects have ranged in size from 13,000 square feet to over one million square feet representing over $600 million worth of construction in Texas, California, Arizona, Florida, Virginia, and Germany.
Ron’s list of completed project types includes community college academic buildings, office buildings, child development facilities, infrastructure and site development, operations buildings and training facilities, as well as structured parking garages and amenities such as cafeterias, fitness centers, clinics/wellness centers, training areas, and company stores.
Responsibilities include involvement in the property selection process, establishing project scope and program definition, development of project budgets and schedules, selection and management of the entire design and construction team, including fee negotiations, design and construction contracts, project reporting and management briefings, oversight of facility construction, and project close out.
