Electrical & Instrument Superintendent Oil & Gas Division
Constructing a Natural Gas Compressor Station for a joint venture project with participants, Chevron, Shell and NGC. The natural gas piped into the station at free flow of 40 bars via 2 ea. 30” lines, will be compressed with Dresser Compressors, powered by Solar Turbines, increasing the pressure to 110 bars, then sent via an 18” offshore line to neighboring countries, Benin, Togo and Ghana, which they will use to power Electrical Turbines to improve country infrastructure.

Demolition of abandoned unit and installing a complete new Poly Isol Butylene Unit, which TPC will use as a product to send to downstream suppliers for their individual use. Unit consisted of Refrigeration Skids, Reactor Towers, DCS Cabinets for controls, all associated Piping with Instruments along with New Power Distribution Room and Step Down Transformers.

Installation of a Grass Roots Cryogenic Gas Plant, which utilized multiple incoming pipelines, from which the raw gas was compressed and defractured to separate. The main gas product, Methane, to be used for Residential purposes, with remaining Natural Gas Liquids being used as fuel gas. Entirely new unit, with multiple Compressors, Evaporators, Frac Towers, Seal Gas Systems, with all associated Instrumentation/Electrical, being fed from Control and Power Buildings, all being performed during my time there with temperatures below 0.
