Coordinated MEP trades in all aspects of with regard to variance and safety issues, as well as, daily time & progress reporting. Company liaison for property-owner to ensure $3.5 million project was on schedule.
The Gateway School of New York December 2007- September 2008
Supervised $17 million dollar conversion of 20, 000 square foot office space to school for children with special needs. Project implemented with aggressive 10-month schedule for completion by the beginning of the 2008 school year. Initial component of the project included interior demolition of partitions, cast iron radiator removal of entire space, and saw cut and removal of 6†slab for installation of 20’x20’ staircase. Second project component was installation of new HVAC system 20 new Florida heat pumps, 9 new bathrooms, window replacement and new tubing for radiant heat flooring, in addition to, a significant amount of structural steel new roof tank dunnage.

Build out of 15,000 square foot $5 million dollar flagship store for international clothing company. Company to comply with holiday opening schedule accelerated project, initially scheduled for 18 weeks, completed in 12 weeks. Obstacles included utilizing a single means of egress while simultaneous, demolition, construction work was done and elevators and escalators were being renovated. Maintained adherence to property-owner’s standard operating procedures for noise and building system shutdowns.
GAP Clothing Store / Long Island City, NY April 2007 – August 2007
A $1.2 million dollar complete renovation of 6,300 square foot clothing store. Demolition of interior on multiple floors, installation of new wing walls, new acoustical ceilings, public use elevator and placement of oak flooring project performed with a single means of egress.

A $28 million dollar ground up construction of 100,000 square foot retail store located on 3.08 acres. Project excavation and removal of 33,000 yards of incongruous material and import of clean material for sub-grade.
