Responsible for construction of new admin. building, including all civil work supervising all field construction. Demolished old admin. building and installed new utilities and parking lot.
Wellington Library: [$7,000,000]
Supervised all field personnel in the construction of a new library. Constructed new 40,000sf building. Also demolished and remodeled old library and connected the two buildings.
Installed new civil/ underground utilities and new parking lot.
