SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Over 4 years experience in electrical/electronic technician in both military and civilian environment. Performed planned maintenance. Troubleshot and repaired indusrtrial automated control systems. Programming logic controllers, conveying systems and various types of instrumentation. Supervised individuals in equipment and electrical maintenance. Assembled, installed and repaired wiring
DIAGNOSTICS Wired Schematics to diagnose the faults in the wiring systems of all AC systems. Repaired relays, thermostats, wire breaks, condensers, compressors, and evaporators for all a/c systems. Injected small amount of refrigerant into compressor to test systems and added freon gas to build up prescribed operating pressure. Generated work orders that address deficiencies in need of correction.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM Connected motors, compressors, temperature controls, humidity controls, and circulating ventilation fans to control panels. Connected control panels to power source. Made repairs using wiring schematics to ensure right voltage to the system. Mounted compressor and condenser on a platform or floor, using handtools, following blueprints and engineering specifications.
INSTALLATION Installed air and water filters in completed installation. Installation of expansion and discharge valves.Installed eveaporator unit in chassis,in air duct system, using handtools. Fabricated, assembled and installed ductwork and chassis parts, using portable metal working tools and wielding equipment. Installed ,connected and adjusted thermostats, humidistats and timers, using hand tools.
MAINTENANCE Observed pressure and vacuum gauges and adjust controls to ensure efficient operation. Dismantled malfuctioning systems and test components, using electrical, mechanical and pneumatic testing equipment on all AC systems. Tested joints and connections for gas leaks, using gauges or soap-and -water solution. Studied blueprints, designed specifications, and manufactures recommendations to ascertain the configuration of heating and cooling equipment components.
REFRIGERATION Started AC systems, observed operation, read gauges and instruments to confirm proper operation. Adjusted mechanisms such as valves, controls and pumps to control level of fluid, pressure and tempature in system. Operated red dot machine to identify leaks on all major components and repair them. Pumped specified gas or fluid into AC system to make sure of peak level performance. Tested lines, components and connections for leaks.
REPAIRS Replaced defective breaker controls, thermostats, switches, fuses and electrical wiring to repair installed units, using electricians handtools and test equipment. Repaired for all a/c systems for proper function. Inspect and test system to verify system compliance with plans and specifications , detected and located malfunctions.
