World Trade Center – Performing Arts Center- consultant to track change orders, review changes, identify scope of work, develop detailed budget allocations from Captial Cost Estimates, met with Bovis Lend Lease and the PA to discuss review of estimates, responsible for cost-controls
Yankee Stadium- Project manager for the stadium in the Bronx. Analyzed and managed capital project cost and expenditures reports, highlighting problem areas, and implemented cost saving measures. Roles included participation in cost estimating and CPM scheduling process of complex aspects of this capital project. Supporting the construction and cost control, provided services such as The Holder Group assists in the preparation and submission of a draw schedule, joint review, with the lending institution representative, of monthly payment requisitions for percentage complete; Assisted in gathering documentation cost estimating and change order management, on a task order basis, working in close conjunction with the Contractor.
AMD, New York- Cost Consultant to read & analyze, prepare a pre-construction estimate of a ground-up, clean lab facility of over 500,000 SF. Worked off of 30% base build, DD drawings. Worked valuing different building alternatives.
Royal Bank of Scotland, Stamford, CT –Project Manager and project controls for the construction of a 1.1 million square foot corporate headquarters building in Stamford, CT. Managed overall design and construction from project conceptual programming through completion of construction, prepared estimates and held reconciliation meetings with contractors. Reported forecasted cost estimates of projects, and obtained necessary senior management approval. Led the team that calculated and determined the building systems and design works carried out. Worked with architects, engineers, contractors; negotiated additional works, valued final accounts and claims settlements. Prepared budgets to accommodate future cost/values. Approved current contracts and invoices to be submitted to the professionals and sub-contractors. Advised Managers about contractual matters to achieve fair and equitable solutions.
New York University School of Professional Studies 7 E. 12th St., New York, NY - Project manager for gut renovation of an 117,000 gsf building. The project, which will be built in 2010, will need to keep some of the existing building façade. Work includes preparing take-offs and pricing for a conceptual estimates based on preliminary design documents. Coordinated scope with other trades. Evaluated comparative cost of alternate systems, worked optimum solutions for various technical issues and resolved quantity surveyors queries.
New York University Life Science Building, New York, NY - PM Consultant for the new construction of a 62,000 gsf Life Science building located 12, 14, 16 Waverly Place. The project, which is currently being built, will require to keep 25% of the existing building / façade. The remaining 75% of the lot will be new out-of the ground construction. Work includes tracking change orders, reconciling with CM. Prepared submission of periodic cost projections; assisted in preparing income and profit projections

NYU- 726 Broadway: Student Health Centre Renovation, New York, NY – Provided construction consulting services for the renovation of approx 3,200 SF on the 2nd, 7th, 8th & 9h Floors of 726 Broadway. The renovation will encompass office and reception areas and will require extensive MEP work, notably duct maintenance, repair equipment to fully functioning and costs associated with testing and balancing, in contrast to a study to install entirely new units for the building upgrades. Lighting changes may occur with possible major infrastructure upgrades.
Cornell Labs, Ithaca, NY –Consultant for the remodelling and upgrading of the mechanical aspect of the 4th floor of an engineering Lab. The work includes vent hoods, air intake and exhaust, and special filtration for the laboratories.
Columbia University Law School, Library Interior Renovation, and New York, NY –PM, performed for the interior renovation of three floors of a building which are approximately 10,000 gsf. The program for the interior fit-out consisted of a high tech library which included open plan space, computer lab space, and conference rooms. Performed Cost estimates with complete take-offs.
East Side Access Project NY, NY, PM/ Consultant to MTA. Responsible for developing and maintaining reports to retrofit buildings, cost-to-cure studies and costs to relocate tenants on a $3 million aspect of a larger capital project. Responsible for developing standards and guidelines for hearings. Generated Consultant’s cost documents as revised every two years. Led a Project team of four cost consultants. Prepared and review Project Cost documents. Reviewed and analyzed different construction aspects of the site to work with the easement issues of the LIRR.
McCarren Park & Pool, Brooklyn, NY – PM/ Estimator for the reconstruction of the McCarren pool located in Brooklyn. The goal of the $41.5 million project is to preserve and recall the important history of the site; to serve the diverse recreational needs of this growing section of Brooklyn; to promote sensitive redevelopment through good design practice and sustainability. Worked with Property Management group to assess impact of projects on existing building systems.
Morgan Stanley Data center- 500,000 GSF, new data center in N.J., provided alternate MEP building schemes and worked with the developer and CM.
G.E. Nuclear fuels, 100,000 gsf nuclear power plant facility, a 3 story building including offices, workshops and power generation equipment. Work included valuing the different trades for the new construction project.
Atlantic Yards, Brooklyn, N.Y. Project Controls for the E.D.C. on Site development, acquisition for a new Nets stadium.
Crunch Gym Renovation – 42ndStreet, N.Y. Consultant on the renovation of the Crunch gymnasium and pool area for the exclusive use of the residential tenants. Renovation of the 2nd floor amenities to incorporate: a lounge, theatre, library, business center, laundry & roof terrace. Worked on the DD, CD, SD. The budget is $3,500,000.
Carter, Ledyard & Millburn, LLP, New York, New York 2000 Consultant Studied the relocation of several power hubs in lower Manhattan as part of a power facilities management plan. Analyzed a retrofitting of 15 Broad St/ 2 Wall St. for the gut renovation of a 30 Story sky-scrapper for the Expansion of the New York Stock Exchange. Managed a team of eight people for a 10 week study.

Low Income Housing Development, LA, CA, Sept 2001- July 2003, As a supervisor in an administrative position, I acted as manager for the superintendent of construction for multiple dwelling units, worked as a procurement specialist and worked with general contractors for low-income housing development. Filed for tax credits and met with various zoning and other tax officials to streamline the renovation process.
