Estimated replacement cost and negotiated insurance settlements for fair market value. I was also responsible for materials procurement. I built my sales territory through storm pattern intensity and travel path research and analysis. I targeted affected areas with direct mailings, cold call door knocking, direct marketing and referral incentives to build a referral customer base.

In this position I was responsible for developing and implementing a company Safety Program to include:
Composing and Implementing company safety policy and company emergency plan.
I created a custom -company specific-OSHA safety-training program from new hire orientation, equipment and process certification, remedial training and confined space entry..
I composed the demolition schedule and created the Scope of Work for all phases of the demolition process.
I was responsible for equipment selection and procurement based upon ease of training and operation and operating cost.
Conducted all employee training and certification for equipment operation and OSHA required training.

I implemented a crew development and training process for 3 divisions, roofing, masonry, and carpentry.
I oversaw 2 sales representatives and actively contracted work myself by developed sub contracting opportunities with the larger contractors working commercial projects. My duties include materials procurement, Payroll, A/P. A/R, P&L, Marketing, Permits and attend inspections.

Managed 8 to 16 subcontractors totaling 130 employees covering the state of Florida completing between 85,000 and 130,000 square feet of emergency tarp daily. Completed Operation Blue Roof 3 weeks, (2004 season) and 2 weeks, (2005 season) ahead of schedule through research and analysis of storm intensity and path of travel and expert logistics planning, management of materials and labor to achieve a military like approach to the emergency operation response.

5/2000 to 7/2004 Liberty Waste and Recycling Tampa, Fl. Commercial Supervisor/Safety Coordinator I was responsible for the daily operation and management of the commercial waste division that included; 20 roll-off trucks, 5 front-end trucks and 2 port-o-let trucks. The roll off portion of this division was loosing money with an average of 2+ hours average pull time per container. I reduced that average to 1.27 hours per pull through proper routing and comprehension of traffic patterns through out the operating region. My secondary responsibilities included conducting company wide safety training, remedial training, safety observations and reporting, accident and incident investigation, process review and correction, re-training for new processes.

Initially hired as an over the road driver to load, transporting and unload hazardous chemicals using pump or blower equipment as required by the load, across the contingent United States, I moved into dispatch in January of 1999 where my responsibilities included; assigning loads and routing drivers to ensure contracted delivery times and requirement were meet, confirming on time delivery and acceptance of loads by receiver, sending samples for analysis to insure integrity of products being transported and delivered, DOT Log Book verification, New hire orientation and acting site safety person.
