Superintendent on an award winning $65 million design-build project with architect A.C. Martin. Built for State of California’s Caltrans Dept. District 3 Corporate Offices. A 5 story completely concrete precast Green building with a Silver LEED certification. Including remediation of contaminated soils.
Superintendent on the $350 million Sutter Hospital in Sacramento. Responsibilities- all under-ground utilities, all site work, demolition of existing buildings and parking structures, encompassing a 10 city block area including environmentally sensitive well monitoring for soil contamination. Working with Archeologist and Native American Indians around a very sensitive Sutter Fort historical site.
DEVCON CONSTRUCTION Inc, Milpitas, Ca 2005- 2006
Superintendent for $65 million 4-city block development in Boise, ID. Project included an 11-story Hampton Inn and Suites hotel, parking structure, a nine-screen cinema theater, restaurants and numerous retail outlets. All site work and the renovation of 4 existing historical four-story buildings.
OAKLAND RAIDERS, Alameda, Ca 2001-2004
General contractor, building 20 Raider retail outlet stores in shopping malls throughout California including one in Universal City, as well as coordinating special projects at the Oakland Coliseum.
DEVCON CONSTRUCTION Inc., Milpitas, Ca 1998-2001
Superintendent on a $68 million 8-story office building in St. Petersburg, FL for Franklin Templeton.
Job was on the edge of the mangroves, included all underground, foundation, poured in place columns and slabs. I took this building from ground breaking to turn key, which included a 1,700 space two story, parking garage with a restaurant on the first floor. Recognized by OSHA as an outstanding immaculate clean site.
Superintendent on a $250 million Data center, Concrete tilt up development, which included four 150,000 sq. ft. Data center buildings for Exodus Communication. Dallas, TX.
TUTOR-SALIBA, Salida, Ca 1995-1996
Superintendent for the $130 million renovation of the Oakland Alameda County Coliseum. Supervised the remodel from site to finish, of the West Side included Westside Club restaurant and bar, press boxes, Luxury Suites, elevators and concession stands. This was a 24/7 job during the winter.

Owner’s representative, responsible for scouting a new location for the purposes of building a new football stadium complex in the greater Los Angeles area.

Ray & Rossi San Francisco CA 1984-1985
Superintendent for a development in the Ca. desert building 210 vacation cottages, a 4,000 ft air strip, a well with 5 miles of pipe that ran under one small river and two flash flood runoff creeks to the new 30,000 gal water tank to supply a new 18 hole golf coarse and existing time share resort. Responsible for all site, underground, and civil work on the project.
