Seeking a senior level, front line position with a ENR Top 400 General Contractor / Design Builder, Construction Management Firm or Real Estate Developer / Owner.

Highly organized, technically adept design and construction executive with good design sense and a high regard for value, quality, aesthetics and functionality. A proactive, results oriented team leader who excels in providing motivation, guidance, innovative input and effective solutions needed to identify and resolve issues and keep complex projects on track.
Extensive and very successful hands-on experience with top ranked developers and "at-risk" general contractors / construction managers on major Commercial, Mixed-use, Hospitality, Retail/Entertainment, High-rise Residential, Health Care, Educational, High-tech, Cultural and Sports Facility projects individually valued to $750 million.
Overall experience includes direct accountability for development project management, estimating, preconstruction and construction management on over 68 million square feet of facilities valued in excess of $7 billion. Have also been directly responsible for “at-risk†on-site construction management of over 10 million square feet on individual projects valued up to $262 Million.
