To Whom It May Concern:
For almost 40 years I have been involved in the electrical construction industry in the Carolinas. During this time I have worked for several of the top companies in the Carolinas and while with these companies I worked with what I consider to be some of the best people in this industry.
Over the years they taught me how to bid projects, how to manage projects, and in general, how to make money in this industry.
While we all have some projects that seem to go bad regardless of what we do or how we try to correct it, I have been fortunate enough to have always been able to report a profit on the jobs I have bid/managed at the end of the year. I have never had a losing year.
I have also obtained a lot of experience over the years with computer software. I am proficient in the use of Expedition (project management software) by Primavera as well as Primavera Suretrak and P3 scheduling software. I have a working knowledge of Estimation electrical estimating software. I am also experienced in the use of some other software such as Microsoft Project, Time Line Solutions, Microsoft Office, Word, Xcel, Works, etc.
So if you have a need for a profitable senior project manager, or if you need an estimator/project manager who can prepare estimates and bid on projects as well as manage what projects he is awarded, or if you just need an estimator to assist you in the preparation of electrical proposals/bids, then review the resume below and contact me for an interview.
