Led architectural engineering firm providing exceptional service and superior design innovation to public clients, private developers and individuals. Development of exquisite custom residential estates, K-12 education, commercial projects, medical and office tenant improvements. Key person responsible for marketing, maintaining client relations, project development, and office management. Prepared owner/architect agreements, formulated project program, scope of work and drafted program analysis. Supervised design and production staff and coordinated work with outside consultants and engineers. Oversaw and mentored production staff in the preparation of construction documents and obtaining governing agency approvals. Worked closely with clients, consultants, developers and contractors throughout all phases of projects.

Assembled structural, smoke and water degradation reports, prepared and made recommendations for repair and code upgrades. Charged with planning renovations, obtaining DSA approvals, and administrating the reconstruction for this $1.5M project.
- Assisted in strategy secessions with school districts, OPSC, and CASH in efforts to help acquire state funding for new school developments and modernization projects.
- Designed and preformed Construction Administration of unique medical offices and corporate office improvements of approximately 1000 s. f. to 2,500 s. f. with $200K to $300K construction budgets.
- Preformed vigilant on site construction management support by maintaining direct communication with the construction team and the project owner. Ensuring the quality of work was of the highest standards guaranteeing minimal change orders, time delays and project disruptions.

Worked closely with school district personnel, researched and formulated district project objectives and program analysis. Coordinator of project consultants, engineers and outside resources. Oversaw bid letting and presided over the bid opening process.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
- Designed $35M, 80,000 s. f., ten theater complex joint venture with MCA Studios and MANN Theaters.
- Successfully designed and headed production of construction documents for 12,000 s. f. recording studio, dubbing stage and show case theater for ORION Productions.
