* 21 Unit Condominium Building in Pompton Plains. Completed Design-Build project. Design through Construction Administration and Construction Management . Project included blasting approximately 8,000 cubic yards of stone.
* 114 Unit Active Adult Community (44 townhouses and two 35-unit apartment buildings) on 8 acres. Wanaque, New Jersey. Design through Construction Documents. Realized 25% reduction in framing costs by value-engineering the structural components during the earlier design stages.
