•Planned concept layouts to relocate the raised floor BART lab from Fullerton to El Segundo. When the special flooring was not readily available, I redesigned the lab to use a low cost lightweight cable tray system and met the user’s need date for completion of the lab.
•Designed the conversion of an unused cubicle office area into a 930 SF computer lab.
