• Sales and Administration Building, Naples, Florida, $6,317,136.24: The work involved construction of new sales and administration building at Fiddler’s Creek, with hurricane impact windows and doors, a wet and dry sprinkler system, a safe room, clay tile roofing system, stone floors, indoor water wall and associated site work including paver stone driveways.
• Multiple Residential Buildings, Naples, Florida: The luxury residential projects included multiplexes, single-family homes, villas, and custom homes ranging from $500,000.00 to over five million dollars per unit.

• Exterior and Interior Renovation of Facility 20022, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, $2,047,873.00: Scope included the hazardous abatement, complete gut of the interiors and interior and exterior renovation, including the installing metal siding at the adjoining hanger. • Modify Facility 20145 to House Simulation and Analysis Facility (SIMAF), Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, $1,980,771.00: This 1 year project was a design build contract to renovate the interior to house a simulator for the Air Force.
