Full Production Management of up to 175 employees with the responsibility of project planning, estimating,
designing and building in all phases of Precast Concrete products such as road and bike tunnels, culvert, bridge
spans and junction structures for local and state entities such as CalTrans, Smud, Travis Air Force Base, Kiewit and
Conspan.
ï¨ Introduced new logistics of plant tools, equipment and employees to reduce overtime from 500 hours a week to
under ten set under a target goal of two years of restructuring.
ï¨ Facilitated the Plant Safety Program under the Regional Safety Manager reducing accidents through implementing
JHA ( Job Hazard Analysis) and weekly meetings reducing this one plant of the twelve, from being the highest in
OSHA recorded plant accidents to third.
ï¨ Responsible for maintaining equipment and manufacturing tools in excess of $4 million with productivity goals of
$100,000-500,000 a week.
ï¨ Designed remote controlled hydraulic beam system that increased productivity by 300%, revenues 80%,
