My name is Cy Valliant and I have been working in the construction industry for about 12 years. I have been involved in most aspects of the building process. The jobs that I have held range from rough carpentry, (framing, concrete, etc), finish work, lead foreman, and management positions. The last position I held was a (commercial/residential) project superintendent for a general contractor.

Superintendent
I worked as a superintendent for Belew and Asc. (General contracting) I was working as a commercial superintendent, in charge of building a fully automated carwash. My duties included; overseeing and scheduling of all sub-contractors, as well as all required inspections. I worked closely with the city on maintaining proper codes. As well, I consulted with the owner of the project, and the engineer if needed. The carwash was a complete site improvement. This included new utilities (power-pole, etc), drainage, 100-year retention vault, and a water/oil separator. There were two emproachments cut in, as well as a new retaining wall along the northeastern corner of the property.
