There are two operating rooms and one C-section delivery room. There are six imaging rooms consisting of R/F, Tomo, Rad, CT, X-ray, and Skylight equipment. A temporary MRI trailer will be located behind the hospital connected by a covered canopy. A helipad was also located on the 50 acre site.
ï® Gathered information on potential bidders. Created the scopes of work from different packages for the project. Controlled and adjudged the bid process for packages with total values over 30 million dollars.
ï® Managed and coordinated the civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and foodservice contracts in the construction of the Belle Glades General Hospital in an accelerated schedule to complete the project 4 months ahead of schedule. Including change order management and implementation, request for information process, controlling costs from design changes or client needs, commissioning and resolve punch list closeouts.

Project Engineer Feno Shutdown Project, Abbott, Barceloneta ($3MM) Demolition and remodeling of a manufacturing storage area into 4 clean rooms for manufacturing purposes.
ï® Managed and coordinated the construction and remodeling of the new Feno area. Including change order management and implementation, controlling costs from design changes or client needs, and resolve punch list closeouts.

Project Engineer Biotech Project, Abbott, Barceloneta ($500MM) New construction of a biotechnology facility consisting of 4 stories lab/office building, a 5 stories manufacturing building and a 2 stories warehouse. All major utilities were brought via a ¼ mile pipe rack from an adjacent existing facility.
ï® Managed and coordinated the construction of the lab/office building, external utilities and pipe rack. Including change order management and implementation, controlling costs from design changes or client needs, and resolve punch list closeouts.
