Superintendent – Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center (5-08 to 6-09)
Retained to lead a major role in an out of the ground, 3 story project with a new building footprint within 20’ of the existing operating building. Chosen from final candidates for direct communication with the on-site client.
 Instrumental in the design build process; Compiled subcontractor’s shop drawings into a single plan, using an overlay technique of the proposed project drawings, and by directing subcontractor’s submittals to be in comparable formats. Pinpointed and eliminated conflicts related from architectural theory to build reality.
 3 Phase Project - Relationships built with local, state, county and environmental agencies allowed for a smooth transition into occupancy for client.
Superintendent -Tenant Improvements (Tenure)
Managed the construction of over ½ million square feet of interior spaces. Projects totaled over $87M during my tenure. Diverse in nature, projects types range from radiology and medical office spaces, to banks and retail.
 Expertise in millwork, thereby delegated to supervise the construction of highly detailed, high end suites in very exclusive office buildings. Honored to lead in our own company’s build-out.

Superintendent – Integrated Health Associates (5-03 to 9-04)
Oversaw the construction of a 40,000 square foot, multi level, medical office building. Site-work through completion of both core and shell and tenant improvements.
 Project design included a carport within the building footprint, supporting local fire and building officials, was involved extensively with fire safety systems, and wall ratings for the project.
 Licensed storm water operator in Michigan, conducting inspections of site and controlling the water drainage runoff of the jobsite.
Superintendent – Palm Restaurant (Troy, MI)
Synchronized the construction of a 10,000 Square foot 5 star restaurant with a highly accelerated schedule.
 Scheduling conflicts and confined spaces made this project challenging; however with coordination of tradesman, material, and equipment, and increased productivity through planning, schedule was aggressive but not compromised.
 Grand opening assembled local and national celebrities.
SACHSE CONSTRUCTION (Birmingham, MI) Construction Manager (6-07 to 11-07) and (9-04 to 1-07)
Combined typical superintendent and project manager roles with full accountability for the success of the entire project through organized operations. Established repeat clients using simple clever marketing strategy.

In supporting engineers and architects solved several structure / design issues. Arranged preconstruction meetings with city officials, engineers, and all utility companies. Project was viewed openly via webcam installed on jobsite.
Women’s Health Consultants – (Novi, MI) 9,000 square feet / Budget $400,000K
Highly detailed suite interior was designed with oak radius panels and trim. Installing “Green Technology†included motion sensors on all lighting and energy management systems on mechanical and electrical equipment provided added efficiency.
Integrated Heath Associates - (Canton, MI) 40,000 square ft. / Budget $7M
Multi level medical office building, currently housing 5 practices including OB/GYN, Pediatrics, General Practitioners, Pharmacy, making this my third radiology room managed, and my 1st oversized fish aquarium custom installation.
