â— Acquired City of New Haven municipal agencies sign-offs which generated endorsement for the building permit of a $148m dollar high rise development. Acquisition of the building permit allowed the project owner to receive financing before the project was terminated. Helped to design and incorporate LEED (Green) systems into the building infrastructure.
◠Gained approval from New York City “Landmarks†for a project on the New York City Historic Register. “Landmarks†approval allowed a building permit to be issued for work on the project.
â— Secured approval from CHFA (Connecticut Housing Finance Authority) for the redevelopment of the New Canaan Housing Authority site.
â— Presented a zoning case to seek approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission, City of Norwalk, CT for permission to construct a day care addition to an existing day care school. The case was approved which allowed the project to proceed.
