Job Title – Project Manager
Millcreek Homes is a residential developer building multi-family buildings specific, but not limited to, townhomes. Millcreek builds on average 50 homes per year.
As project manager, I obtained sole responsibility for the construction phases from development to completion. As such, I worked directly with architects, designers, and city officials. I supervised all construction crews, communicated and met with all home owners, and maintained responsibility from pre-construction, to the expiration of the home owner warranty. I also managed the development for all playgrounds, clubhouses and common landscaped areas. Because my duties at Millcreek were wide ranged, I maintained at most 3 separate developments simultaneously.

Job Title – Field Foreman
A thru Z is a full service animal containment specialist for all types of animals from elephants to tropical birds. All products installed are considered finish work, as such I obtained a strong ability to perceive the smallest details to ensure animal and keeper safety. My experience gained as a trade is in iron working / specialty trade in a commercial construction environment.
As Field Foreman, I managed up to eight men at a time. Organized shipments, ordered materials, wrote schedules, attended all meetings, and provided daily documents for entire project. All of which was in various states.
As a Laborer, I was to follow direction and complete duties as assigned.

I have yet to accomplish any educational milestones, yet future education is an important personal goal of mine.
