(A $220 million project consisting of the demolition of the Washburn Wire Factory and the construction of a 500,000 square foot multi level retail facility with an attached 1,250 space parking garage. Based upon a 151,000 square foot floor plate, the project will have a structural steel superstructure, brick panels and curtain wall façade that distinguishes itself from any other building in the area. The project is located on a 5 acre site between 116th Street and 119th Street and directly off the FDR Drive. The project is unique because of the 20 large Mega Columns, which have been added to support the future construction of two High-rise Condominiums approximately 400,000 square foot each)

(A $21 million, full retro-fit, high-end residential complex, consisting of a main base building, which included a full demolition of the existing two story building to its structural steel skeleton and the addition of two more stories to create a four story, 70,000sf main building. Connecting the main building with the town-homes is a 10,000sf fully elevated plaza creating a park like setting above and a full service parking garage below)
