Oversaw the development of overall project design and scope in addition to acting as senior on-site construction manager for a staff of thirty project managers, project engineers, and superintendents, plus over 350 hourly workers and 100 subcontractors. Total project in excess of $150M
Acted as project manager/on-site manager for 350 unit apartment complex in Peoria, AZ. Project was a joint venture between Opus West Corporation and Trammel Crow Residential.
Supervised preconstruction design coordination, estimating and construction for 148 unit multi-family facility for the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
INDUSTRIAL & OFFICE PROJECTS Budgets: to $75M
Administered complete design-build authority of 2.5M sf industrial office park including site due diligence, infrastructure development and the concrete tilt-up construction of multiple buildings.
Coordinated the design and construction of several 4-story commercial office buildings. Construction types included post-tensioned concrete and structural steel framing. Manager the full "build-out" of a 97K sf Build to Suite office building for a large national defense contractor. Duties include design management, subcontractor procurement, budget management, safety and quality control.
INSTITUTIONAL & GOVERNMENT PROJECTS Budgets: to $45M
Managed as an on-site senior project manager the construction of a new Elementary School in Portland, OR. Administered staff of several junior managers and associates, superintendent staff, and construction crews for the self performance of all concrete and structural steel framing.
Oversaw all preconstruction and performed as construction manager the development of a new City Hall Administrative Building in the City of Kingman, AZ. Managed staff and crew of 100 for the self performance of a post-tensioned and concrete tilt panel office building, the first of its kind in Northern, AZ
Acted as estimator and project manager for the construction of a new Surgical Center Hospitals in Northern California and North Carolina.
INFRASTRUCTURE & BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION Budgets: to $25M
Administered the complete supervision of all preconstruction, site due diligence, permitting and construction of two large industrial and office parks each encompassing more than 160 acres of site and utility improvements and building pad development.
Estimated and managed multiple bridge projects for clients such as California Department of Transportation, Oregon Department of Transportation, US Forestry Department and many counties and cities in Northern California and Southern Oregon. Bridge types varied from post-tensioned, pre-cast, flat deck and steel truss systems.
