June 2007 to Present – Construction Manager/Owner Representative – JDC Construction:
I am currently employed as a construction project manager with JDC. I have experience in schools, residential, commercial, and government construction. Disciplines include design-build, development, GMP, lump sum, shared savings construction projects. My duties included managing permit process, coordination, budgeting, contract administration, scope development, and subcontractor awards. Each project required client representation and continuous interaction with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
March 2004 to June 2007 – Project Manager – Bozzuto Construction Company:
As a project manager, my duties included: contractor negotiations, contract administration, purchase orders, budgets, scheduling, change orders, cost engineering, document control, and liaison with governing authorities.
May 2003 – March 2004 – Project Manager - Picerne Military Group:
As a project manager, my duties include managing the daily operations of the Construction Service Department. This included generating and maintaining project schedules and move-in dates, coordinating trades and personnel, and property management. I established and administered paying monthly owner requisitions and subcontractor application for payments, and project document control while maintaining a safe work environment.
