Julio O’Ryan
Summary With over fifteen years in construction, my passion is truly in the Construction industry. I gained most of my experience with KB Home in San Antonio. I started as an Assistant Superintendent and quickly worked my way up to a Project Manager were I ran a new community, Hunt Crossing. I was in a leadership program, being trained for a Regional Manager position, were I completed my duties and additional duties assigned by the Regional Manager. These duties included: providing in-house and field training to new employees, attended and participated in closing meetings with Operational Managers, and covering for the Regional Manager in his absence.
I was recently employed with an Electrical Contractor in Sugar Land, TX. I took the position and relocated in efforts to assist an owner/family member. For the past year, I have gained an increased knowledge of commercial electrical. However, I’m hoping to be able to get back into construction. I know I will be an asset to any company.
