• Supervised design and electrical construction for a totally automated 25 Megawatt submerged arc furnace.
• Sole designer of new PLC control systems which consisted of total removal of all manual control and installation of touch screen control, for two 20 Megawatt furnaces. This cut-over occurred in 6 days back to full load.
• Conceived and designed a paralleled computer, and PLC control systems, maintaining the old mainframe computer system and installing a new PLC system. Consisted of total removal of all manual control and installation of touch screen control, for a 30 Megawatt furnace (cut-over occurred in 13 days back to full load), and checkout of approximately 1600 I/O points.
• Supervised electrical construction for an automated mix system that would track up to 9 batches simultaneously.
