Duties: Work for Commercial Group providing all clerical typing needs, i.e., letters, transmittals, specifications, reports, organizational charts, meeting minutes, etc. Also prepared individual PE applications for other states, as well as, preparing applications for COA’s in other states. Answered multi-line phone system, entered new job information into database; performed filing of drawings as well as regular correspondence, distributed mail, scheduled meetings, typed contracts, made travel arrangements, etc.

Position: Senior Administrative Assistant/AA Coordinator
Duties: Worked for Vice President of the Industrial Team and three Project Leaders and their teams. Responsible for all administrative typing needs, i.e. letters, transmittals, specifications, schedules, manuals (procedures and operational), bid packages, spreadsheets, creating forms, organizational charts, flow charts, take notes and type minutes of meetings, etc.; coordinate all correspondence to and from clients; filing and document control; do all travel arrangements (including international). Perform marketing type duties to include PowerPoint presentations, qualification packages, proposals, and resumes. Also perform, unofficially, as the Group Leader of the Administrative Assistants (hiring practices, typing tests, interviewing, standard operating procedures, training, etc.). Also in charge of non-technical functions such as heading the quarterly blood drives, annual Thanksgiving celebration, setting up classes and conducting in-house training for CPR/AED with the Red Cross, heading charity functions such as March of Dimes Walk-A-Thon, United Way Schools Tools, setting up monthly birthday celebrations for team members, etc.

Responsible for all clerical typing needs, i.e., proposals, qualifications packages, introduction letters, etc. Also responsible for typing all of company’s internal qualifications, staff resumes, project histories, and set up several CESC (Consulting Engineers of South Carolina) CAD computer trade shows.
