 03/15/2007 – Worked closely with U.S. Corps of Engineers, designers, contractors and suppliers to complete two design-build Temporary Pump Stations for city of New Orleans after Katrina disaster. Project was completed on time with no OSHA incidents. Worked in New Orleans, and estimated over 250 Design-Changes and helped negotiate an additional $25M to the original $80M contract. Estimated and helped acquire an additional contract for $5M for added items desired by the U.S. Corps of Engineers.
 09/15/08 - Established Work Breakdown Structure and Bid Evaluation form with Project Manager to solicit, receive and evaluate subcontractor bids for comparison to internal estimate, resulting in a successful Design-Build proposal and contract for the U.S. Air Force Academy Vandenberg Hall Cadet Room Renovations, valued at $24M initially and eventually $25M with change orders.
 02/25/2009 - Managed and coordinated team of estimators to estimate several buildings, site work, and infrastructure for a successful proposal effort that resulted in a contract valued at over $60M for the A.I.T. project (American Institute of Taiwan).

Evaluated subcontractor and supplier submittals, schedules, shop drawings for approval. Created and updated project schedules, schedules of values and progress reports. Completed monthly AIA G702 and G703 requests for draws and approved subcontractor draws. Assisted subcontractors with certified payrolls, out-of-town housing and cost management.
