Foreman/Leadsman
My responsibilities as a Foreman/Leadsman consisted of hands-on as well as overseeing work in the field locally and out of state. I work in conjunction with the Project Managers, Equipment Manager and Personnel Scheduler to enhance our efforts to be productive and complete our obligations on-time and in a profitable manor. I recently successfully completed an out of state multi-million dollar plant renovation project, completing the work on-time while achieving the goals set out to accomplish. I worked closely with Plant Engineers, equipment manufacturers, programmers and various customers to install, modify and repair equipment and processes, satisfying their needs to streamline their production and increase profits.
Along with my other obligations, I coordinate travel and lodging for out of state jobs, purchase material, rent equipment from local suppliers as well as communicate with office personnel, log and handle paperwork, track time in order to keep the job equipped, staffed and running to fulfill our obligation completely and efficiently.

Foreman
During my employment as a Foreman, I was involved in many facets of operations ranging from overseeing projects to hands-on, to keeping projects running on schedule for successful and on-time completions.
