Created and implemented company-wide Safety Program for improving job site conditions which met ANSI and OSHA standards. Developed training programs for technicians in the proper rigging of crane maneuvered equipment. Included installation of Hoisting Equipment, developed, designed and programmed variable frequency drives, integral to safe operation. Inspected all hoist and crane equipment prior to shipping and after installation.
