Easton Memorial Hospital
• GMP contract of $32,903,399.00 of 50,000 sf of new construction and 10,000sf of renovation space. Construction of Phase 1 consisted of realignment of all city utilities to incorporate new 25 Bed Emergency Room with Express Care to facilitate the care of 60,000 people annually. Construction of Phase 2 consisted of the Milfred Freeman Outpatient Center with 26 Bed Pain Care, Infusion and Short Stay Unit. Road realignment, parking lot and road construction was also performed.
Peninsula Regional Medical Center
• GMP contract of $93,159,122.00 of 220,000 sf of new construction and 20,000sf of renovation space. Construction consisted of Layfield Tower which was a 5-story tower consisting of floors 1, 2, 3 and 5. First floor consisted of a 50 Bed Emergency Room with Express Care to facilitate the care of 80,000 people annually. The first floor also consisted of a new Pediatrics wing. Floor 2 consisted of 24 Bed Intensive Care Unit. Floor 3 consisted of 30 Bed Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery. Floor 5 consisted of 30 Bed Neurosciences and Stroke unit. Construction of a new 3-story Cancer Center with 20 bed infusion area, Breast Center, Medical Oncology, Prostate, Radiation and Thoracic Oncology. Renovation Areas of Outpatient, Imaging, and Heart Lobby with new facade and laboratory areas were also completed. A five story Parking Garage, Road realignment, parking lot and road construction was also performed.
Western Maryland Health System
• Revised GMP contract of $227,159,753.00 of 585,000 sf of new construction. Construction consisting of Diagnosis and Treatment areas Floors 1 through 3, Mechanical areas Floor 4 and Patient Tower consisting of 275 beds Floors 5 through 7. A three story Parking Garage, parking lot and MSHA road construction was also performed.
• Floor 1 consists of a 50 Bed Emergency Room, 12 Bed Pediatrics, 22 Bed Medical Oncology/Radiation, 12 Bed Outpatient Rehab and 20 Bed Cardiology with Phleb.
• Floor 2 consists of Laboratory services, central sterile, Auditorium, Mental Health, Chapel, Dietary and Service Core.
