SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT / PROJECT MANAGER
I am a highly driven, finacially capable landscape architect, with a strong land development background, and have been involved in both landscape architecture and land planning/development on the national and international stage. While I have a passion for sustainable design and park planning, I have focused my efforts on strong, effective project and financial management and have achieved outstanding profits of up to 19% on very large, complex projects. I have empowered and mentored my design teams, and have managed and coordinated teams of between 3 and 15 people across 3 offices on multiple projects. I have saved clients valuable time and money by understanding and streamlining the design process and obtaining entitlements ahead of schedule. I have been involved in strategic planning and have been a key player in developing an international business initiative. I have met with State congressmen to get legislature passed regarding the role of Landscape Architects in North Carolina. My range of responsibilities include, project design and documentation, construction administration, quality control, site entitlement, proposal writing, project and financial management, budget projections, marketing, and client relations.
