Worked one-on-one with homeowners and the management team to handle every phase of new construction. Used a computerized system to schedule projects. Received numerous bonuses for cutting 5 to 40 days off schedules thus saving $50.00 per day in interest fees alone as well as reducing other building costs.
• Managed approximately 15 jobs simultaneously. They were at 6 different sites and had about 130 workers each.
• Supervised the work of all subcontractors, scheduled deliveries of materials and oversaw all aspects of every new home construction.
• Met with homeowners and corporate managers regularly to provide project updates, address and resolve problems and complete projects on time and within budget.
