Project Manager since July 2007 for negotiated TIPS Municipal LEED Silver project with the City of Plano, Texas. The project, with a GMP of $12, 279, 00.00, consists of three structures simultaneously under construction on one site: 17,505 s.f. Fire Station, 16,500 s.f Emergency Operations Center, and 10,030 s.f. Maintenance Facility. Included is all site work, concrete construction, structural masonry, steel and wood roofing systems, all mechanical and electrical systems complete, all interior finishes and paving & landscaping. Owner announced retirement plans on February 25, 2009 and subsequently ceased all business operations. Project was on schedule for substantial completion and Owner move in on July 20, 2009.
Came on board as Project Manager on May 1, 2006 and took on start up of a $40 million Rogers High School East Campus project, currently under construction in Rogers, Arkansas. Carried project from early site bid packages and later construction packages, document review, preparation and execution, submittal review process, earthwork, site utilities, and into steel erection.
