• Belmont Village Assisted Living Center, Oak Park, Illinois. Six story, 125 unit assisted living facility including underground garage, steel frame, exterior stud, brick veneer, finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. $13M
• Bravo and Mitchells Restaurant shell space, The Glen Town Center, Glenview, Illinois. Two 7500 square foot structures including foundations, steel frame, masonry veneer exterior wall, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. $2M
