• Managed company’s first LEED Project. Commercial laundry facility valued at $1.3 million dollars. Renovation work resulted in obtaining two additional LEED points to secure LEED Gold rating.
• Managed capital improvement interior renovation of HUD, 100 unit senior citizen apartment building. Project budget of $3.5 million dollar cost certified project with final cost savings of 4%.
• Managed replacement of 2 MRI units at MetroHealth Medical Center which required replacement of MRI units individually and thus maintaining operations of Radiology Department in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Co-chairperson of company Green Building Committee. Provided In-House consultation to all staff regarding sustainability issues on other projects. Composed and presented seminars to staff to educate staff on LEED procedures and sustainable construction. Developed office and shop recycling program that reduced waste by 16%.

• Estimated and managed major school addition to St Christopher’s Catholic School in Rocky River. Project included renovation of existing classroom and addition of new library, administration offices, kitchen, multi-purpose room and site improvements.
• Estimated and managed major addition to Willoughby Hills Fire Station. Addition included new apparatus bays, support facilities, offices, and living areas for on duty staff. All work coordinated with existing facility to maintain full service of the fire station.
• Managed construction of new school for Royal Redeemer Lutheran Church in N. Royalton. Project included renovation of existing multi purpose room, construction of new multi story classroom building including administration offices, connection to existing building and all related site work.
• Estimated and managed addition to and renovation of Rocky River Nature Center for Cleveland Metro Parks. Project included 8000 SF administration and classroom wing and renovation of existing exhibition areas and conference rooms. Site improvements included new parking areas, new water lines and new sanitary sewer force main. Project awarded Craftsmanship Award by Cleveland Builders Exchange.
