Project Development Management
• Assisted with land acquisition, entitled and mitigated numerous easement and encroachment issues to develop and construct a 60,000 square foot retail shopping center. Selected Design Architect and General Contractor. Managed all contracts, change orders and approved payables. Completed final inspections and certified compliance with local building codes and ordinances.
• Managed the acquisition, finance, and development of over 1400 building lots. Complied with 6 different municipalities zoning and development ordinances.

Construction Management/Estimation

• Worked in the capacity of Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager on multi-family condominiums, single family homes and commercial retail and office space projects.
• Estimated and successfully won for a client a contract from the Natural Resources Conservation Service to construct a $9 million concrete and earth diversion dam to restore irrigation water to the Town of Hanksville, Utah. Selected and managed subcontractors and suppliers and managed contracts under FAR government guidelines, submittals, purchase orders, and change orders. The project was in a remote location and required an 80-employee workforce to be relocated for 10 months. The project was completed on time and under budget, and has been an enormous success.
• Prepared detailed company resumes for clients to qualify for State and federally funded projects. A notable accomplishment was successfully being awarded a $2 million project from the U.S. Forest Service to construct a campground based on the merits of the company demonstrated in the resume.
• On two separate occasions, suggested, researched and implemented estimation software to provide more accurate and time efficient methods of estimating construction costs. The software streamlined the estimating process and enhanced the overall accuracy.
