BKM is a nationwide company specializing in the sale and service of Steelcase modular office furniture.
I was hired specifically to oversee the new department called “Engineered Interiors†for all west coast offices. The department Engineered Interiors was created to become a complete turnkey resource for clients looking to completely remodel their office space, from construction to move in.
Responsibilities included:
• The planning and defining of department goals and objectives.
• Estimating, client negotiations, soliciting bids from subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and the scheduling of projects.
• I worked closely with clients, architects, designers, and field supervision.

o Infonet - 11 million dollar project, oversaw 156,000 sq. St. of interior office space build-out.
