My past experience in the construction business should meet the qualifications necessary for any maintence / construction/ plumbing related job. I was an Architect major in college so am extremely capable of reading plans/blueprints, compiling material lists, doing accurate layouts as well as overseeing and completing the construction required to complete any job. I have 10-15 years experience as a journeyman plumber and have an additional 12 years as a self employed California licensed General Contractor. My California State Contractor’s License #795080. I also have experience in tractor / backhoe operation in the scope of grading and the excavation of trenching and installation of sewer and water main lines.
My strengths are in several areas: I have excellent communication skills in working with clients and employees alike and take pride in my ability to overcome problem’s and challenges that arise. In the past I have had extensive experience in remodels and addition’s, insist on keeping a clean and safe job site and try to keep an open, honest rapport with all involved with the job. I am a self starter, take directions well, have excellent leadership skills and am always punctual and look forward to a full-time position. I carry a positive attitude and take pride in my work and the ultimate satisfaction of the client. I believe I would be great addition to your company.

Worked as a journeyman plumber, installing all phases of plumbing in track and new custom homes. Scope of work included, Rough layout and ground work of waste and vent, copper loops and manifolds, top out as well as supervision of fire sprinkler crews.

Starter as an apprentice plumber and finished my apprenticeship to become a journeyman plumber working on new custom and tract homes.

Worked directly under Jack Bolander (construction superintendant and later marina manger) in the construction of dock buildings, plumbing, landscaping and all requirements for “Grand opening” of Dana West marina. Continued employment as maintenance supervisor.
