 At the Thomas Point Project, a delay problem developed with the trucking deliveries of stone, I solved this by the use of barges and tugboats for the delivery of 10, 000 tons of armor stone to the Chesapeake Bay Shoreline thus a savings of time and money
 On a project designed to install a Gravity Sewer through a sensitive wildlife area by “open-cut†method I worked with DNR and WRA to obtain design changes and methods, and implemented the use of “Directional Drilling†and Laser guidance techniques to build and the project completely “under water†with no disturbance to the wildlife
