Primary responsibility to the Heartwood Division where I took clients’ and estimators’ input to produce a detailed drawing package of wood entry units for client approval. Upon client approval, I was responsible for the production and release of shop detail package, cutlists, machining sheets and ordering of hardware and glass.
Additionally, I was responsible for the scheduling and specialty glass ordering for the Rochester Colonial glass plant.
11/01 - 10/04 Oakwood Classic & Custom Woodworks, LTD (business closed)
Responsible for the production of detailed shop drawings and corresponding machine sheets for a variety of interior and exterior door units; also responsible for casework projects requiring details of millwork, species, lengths and quantities. Layed off because of company down-sizing.
5/00 – 5/01 Accurate Design
Responsible for the detailing of structural steel components for the building industry, including schools and airport expansions.
1996 - 2000 Factura Kiosks (business closed)
Extracted and detailed parts from assembly drawings to prepare them for production; coordinated production; coordinated with Project Manager on material, finishes, and quantities; responsible for additions and upkeep of the networked AutoCAD component and parts libraries, including a hard copy index.
1995 - 1996 Gardner Design
Primarily responsible for the detailing of Batch House Systems in glass manufacturing plants for Nova Technology International; also created assembly illustrations and patent drawings for Gardner Design.
