Construction Manager: October 2007 to Present
• Responsible for Overall Construction Management of a 2 X 1 Combined Cycle Repowering Project at the Barney Davis Power Plant in Corpus Christi, TX.
The Barney M. Davis Energy Center consists of (a) the continuing operation and maintenance of an existing steam turbine power generation unit (“Unit 1â€) having intermediate capacity of approximately 335 MW, and (b) the upgrading and re-powering of existing steam turbine to a “2-on-1†combined-cycle configuration that will yield an expected summer maximum capacity of 668 MW (heat rate of approximately 7,695 Btu/kWh). The Project is located in Corpus Christi, Texas. The Combine Cycle Units are HRSG designed by Nooter Erickson and powered by GE Series 7A Gas Turbines. Project value $510 Million.

• PROJECT COORDINATOR/INSPECTOR – Responsible for overall Project management on a 20’ Crude Oil pipeline 85 miles long from Port Neches Texas to east Houston, Texas. This was a five year integrity test required by the DOT

• August 2001 to April 2002 PROJECT MANAGER –
• Responsible for total Project Management requirements located in Troutdale, OR. The project is an Environmental and Remediation project. The Client was Alcoa Metals Company and the estimated dollar value was 25MM. The scope of the project was to environmentally re-establish the requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency.

• May 2001 to August 2001 ASSISTANT SITE PROJECT MANAGER
• Responsibilities included interface with the Engineers and Client, development of Change Orders, Engineering Design Request, Quality issues, Cost Tracking, and approval of Invoices. Additional responsibilities included reporting to Home Office Management, the financial status of the Project. This project was located in Midlothian, Texas. Construction of six Combined Cycle Units (250 MW each).
S&B ENGINEERS & CONSTRUCTORS, LTD – Houston, Texas
• June 2000 to May 2001CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
• Responsible for the development of subcontracts, monitoring the performance, quality of the work during the installation, safety and scheduling requirements. Change Orders and the approval of Invoices was also an important function of this position. This project was a Combined Cycle Power Plant located in Lakeland, Florida. (HRSG Unit supplied by Nooter-Erlickson)
FOSTER WHEELER CONSTRUCTORS INC. - Clinton, New Jersey
• September 1999 to June 2000 CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
• Responsible for the construction management of an Alkalization Unit and Offsite Areas at the Orion Refinery located at Norco, Louisiana.. Additional responsibilities included managing the general contractor, subcontractors, interfacing with the Engineering organizations and the Orion Refinery Client Management Team and Quality Control/Quality Assurance organizations.

• Contracted as third party as needed between jobs for approximately five years
• Third party contractor responsible for coordinating and providing inspection for several projects for Equlion Pipeline services working through the Houston, Texas, Corporate Offices. Types of projects included pump stations, tank construction, pipeline survey, and fuel loading facilities. Worked directly with Equlion Engineering and contractors from concept to completion.
