 GSA/US Secret Service facility at Bolling Air Force Base, Naval Annex, Washington, DC ($60M): Reviewed design drawings for completeness, accuracy, and constructability of a design build project for GSA/US Secret Service facility. Coordinated with design team to include client’s expectations, devel-oped master schedule, identified and procured permits, participated in presentations to the client during the design build phase, provided value analysis.

Responsibilities included subcontract negotiations, project schedule maintenance, and acted as liaison between contractor and owner, oversaw management of project engineers and superintendents. Developed construction budgets, created cost of change conditions and scope procedures, and maintained multi-task schedules between individual contracts. Projects included:
• Park Place, Annapolis, MD ($160M): Project included construction of a 3-level, below-grade parking garage with office building and hotel atop the structure, along with a 216-unit condominium building and additional below-grade parking. Cast-in-place concrete structure with a combination of precast concrete, brick veneer, and EFIS as the exterior skin.
 Camden Potomac Yard Parcel E ($67M): Assisted in the completion of the project, performed final subcontract buy and scope negotiations. Reviewed requisitions and changes orders for approval.
 Abingdon Heights, Arlington, VA ($87M): 217 condominium complex atop a 3-level below-grade parking garage. Also included at the site were 35 stick-built townhouses in 4 clusters and a duplex building of 4 units. Responsible for buyout of a large portion of subcontracts of the project.
 Marriott Residence at Arlington Courthouse, Arlington, VA (est. at $41M)—Hilton Garden Inn, Air Rights Building, Bethesda, MD (est. at 42M): Preconstruction and development, created accurate construction budgets and schedules. Ongoing review of designed construction documents for monetary consideration and constructability, and established scope and monitoring procedures. Reviewed drawings for feasibility and completeness.
