I hold a master electrical license in three states I have experience in all phases of electric; custom houses, commercial buildings, and industrial jobs to include: data systems, satellite systems, and fire alarm systems. I have worked emergency shut downs, Start ups, Motor change outs, High Voltage terminations.
I love to donate my time to my community, and went to Iraq to help out our soldiers do to the deaths from electrocutions.
In the city of Fallujah I did inspections on a 550 million dollar city water treatment plant to insure that the substation and plant was up to the 2005 NEC code to inspect the 250 kva transformers feeding the plant MCC. The other project for the Army Corp. of Engineers was inspections and print reviews for the Iraqi contractors doing QA QC through out the Al-Ambar Provence.
Military experience I was an electrical & hydraulic systems mechanic doing calibrations and general maintenance on the M-109/M110 self propelled howitzers.
I consider myself an asset to any company because I have good common sense and troubleshooting skills if I don’t know the answers to a situation I always have found out quick and proficiently. I bring talent as well as a professional attitude; I have a perfect safety record with no incidents ever. I enjoy people and working with others as well as teaching apprentices how electricity works.
Thank you, for your consideration for employment
Respectfully, Kevin Van Houten
