Superintendent
Responsibilities include coordination and scheduling of work between subcontractors and scheduling of activities and inspections with local township, Penn DOT, DEP, and other various officials. Lead weekly foreman meetings to review project issues, schedules and safety procedures. Provide cost estimates and budget updates to Project Manager on weekly basis. Supervise team of approx. 70 subcontractors on a daily basis. Assist in the material expediting process to ensure that deliveries are completed in a timely fashion. Responsible for the submission of daily field reports which included subcontractor manpower and logs of daily activities. Daily field reports also included safety orientation reports.
Projects:
• Lehigh Valley Crossings; Macungie, PA – Construction of 580,000 sf warehouse valued at $22 million. Project also consisted of a 244,000 sf TI for Tree of Life valued at $5 million and approx. $10 million in site work on an 85 acre property parcel.
• Princeton South Corporate Center; Ewing, NJ – Project included construction of full service cafeteria. Two office TI spaces totaling 10K sf, value of approx. $600K.
Structure Tone Inc.; Hamilton, NJ November 2006-June 2007
Superintendent
Responsibilities included coordination and scheduling of work between numerous subcontractors and trades. Monitor and follow all safety procedures throughout the project. Lead the material expediting process for timely arrival of materials and equipment. Coordinated deliveries with building personnel for use of loading dock and freight elevator. Also scheduled work with existing building tenants and was responsible for the completion of daily field reports. Reports included description of daily activities and accurate records of manpower.

• Deloitte –Office Fit-Out; Philadelphia, PA. Demolition and construction of 60K sf of office space. Project consisted of complete office construction of the 27th and 23rd floors of existing Philadelphia office building. Total project value-$20 million

Responsible for expediting the flow of information to and from the Architect/Engineer, owner representatives, field forces, subcontractors and material suppliers. Planning and updating of scheduling requirements, assist in the preparation and administration of project budgets, inclusive of estimating for changes in the project.

 Bristol Myers Squibb Module L Renovations and Upgrades; Lawrenceville, NJ) Construction “fit-out†and renovation of Module L level 4 at BMS Pharmaceutical Labs, total construction value $10 million.
